Been gone to long...

Sorry for not posting in a long time, We have had a lot of stuff going on this month and the end of last month. We had to take a trip to Texas to visit Omars' Grandmother who suddenly fell ill from Congestive Heart Failure. We wanted to see her before anything went wrong and the worse took her from us. We came home and and less then a week later she had passed away on March 29th. We packed and headed out on Tuesday. We got to say goodbye to the sweetest lady I knew she was a joy to be around and always had a smile on her face not matter what. I only knew her for a short time but in that short time I grew to love her as if I knew her my whole life. It was an honor to know her, she will truly and deeply be missed...


Then we just got back from a vacation to California. We took the twins to The Beach, Disneyland and Long Beach Aquarium, It was an GREAT trip more on that will follow.

In between that time I registered Mara and Liam for Kindergarten They will start August 18th. I am excited because they will be going to a great brand new school here in C.G. It is a Charter School. I am glad they will not be going to a public school. I fill they will get a better education. I read about all the things the school has to offer and it AMAZING!! I am thrilled!

I found a house

I found a house that I am totally in LOVE with, but Omar is not budging on this one. He does not want to move I think ever. The house is 3583 sq.ft 4bedrooms 3 bath with loft, features a media room, spiral staircase, landscaped backyard and a 4 car garage. Master bedroom is downstairs while the other bedrooms are upstairs. The media room has a wall screen and is prewired for surround sound.. Sounds great right well this is even better here comes the price are you ready? $150,000 that is is, but the owners are desperate to sell so they are willing to take any offer.... This house is sooooo nice I even love the front outside of the house.... I want this house!

Trip to Texas

Our family had to make an unexpected trip to Texas this week. Omar and the twins left Thursday and I was just going to stay until something happened, but I just couldn't I felt I needed to be there and see Grandma Morales and say my goodbyes and let her know I love her. I left Sunday with Omar's brother Eric I thought if I drove I would not get sick but guess what I did. It was not fun. Eric had to drive the rest of the way. We finally got there and went to see Grandma it didn't look good. She is a fighter she is hanging on for some reason. Everyone has made their peace with her and told her it is ok to go. We had to come back home yesterday. I did a little better on the drive home. We are just sitting here waiting for when we have to go back. Grandma Morales is on our minds all day.. We love you Grandma! I am so glad I got to be a part of your life you are the most amazing, loving, caring angel god has ever sent us..

A new pill

I received the new issue of InStyle magazine yesterday and I was scanning thru it and i came upon a little artical about a new pill called Wake up on time. You can find them at www.wakeupontime.com This pill is suppose to release ingredients into your bloodstream towards the end of your last cycle, so you wake up feeling clear-headed not fuzzy. You can go to sleep at 11pm and wake up 7 hours later full of energy.The pills are $30 to $40. I think I might have to give them a try.

A lot on my mind

I have been gone for a while because I was dealing with the sick bug in my house it didn't want to go away. I cleaned everything in my house like crazy everyday and it didn't seem to help. First Liam had it then Mara then Omar then me back to Liam then back to Mara and then back to me. Crazy crazy! We finally got rid of it (I hope). I was so sick of all of us being sick. Also this economy thing is really scaring me. Out of all the companies I never thought Wal Mart would be effected but they are firing people left and right and watching everyone very closely for any slip ups. If Omar and I were to lose our jobs I would go nuts, we live paycheck to paycheck, I do have a 401K but that really wouldn't go far. Anyway I am just glad we have a job for now...

Oh Tuesday

Tuesdays are so hard on me. I work Saturday, Sunday and Monday about 11 hour days. I get enough sleep those 3 days to go to work but MAN for some reason Tuesday my first day off is soooo hard on me. I should be use to it I have been working the same schedule for 5 years now. I am so worn down and just want to sleep or lay around all day. I do not fill like going anywhere or doing anything. I hate it. I wish I could have more energy. I fill like a bad mom and wife on Tuesdays.. My poor family... I am sorry!

Silly Laugh

Liam has this thing now instead of crying when told no or he can play his WII later he does a laugh cry type thing it is funny at first but then he trys to talk through it and it is a talk cry.. I don't know how he came up with it, I guess he got tired of getting told to stop crying all of the time for every little thing so now he just laughs thru it.. I just laugh about it.....

Oops

Today I tried to cut Liam's hair and I switched the clipper bracket thing. Instead of doing a 2 on the bottom and a 3 on top I did a 3 on bottom and 2 on top Oops! So I had to shave his head. I let him know I was going to shave it all off before I did it, He said that's ok mom I will look like daddy now. I keep apologizing and he keeps telling me it is ok. I told him sorry I cut all of your hair off and said What hair? He looks so cute. Even Mara told him how cute his new hair cut was.. I am just glad he likes it.. Sorry no pics computer is not working right....

Way to many

Did you all here about the lady that just had 8 babies? Well I just found out that she has 6 other children ranging from 6 on down with one set of twins. Also that she get artificially inseminated. What a CRAZY WOMAN!!!!

Great, Awesome Deal

Omar and I went through an Arizona winter without jackets. My kids were set with jackets but not us. So I wasn't going to worry about it until next winter. My mom called me and told me Jc Penny's was having a great store wide 75% off sale. I headed down to Jc Penny's today and found me 2 jackets and Omar 1. One of my jackets was originally $250.00 I got it for $14.99. My second coat was originally $200.00 I got it for $24.99, Can you say AMAZING??? Omars jacket was originally $120.00 I got it for $17.89.. I was so surprised. I got 8 shirts total for the twins and I. I ended up saving get this $533.06 yes that is right $533.06.. I only spent $132.00... I was so shocked I felt like I robbed the place...

Funny Show

Have any of you ever watched the show Whatever Martha? It is Martha Stewart's daughter and her daughters best friend making fun of episodes Martha Stewart has done. It is a great show. I love watching it and the funny thing is Martha is the producer of the show. Her daughter Alexis is so serious and down to earth..

Finally sleep....

Yesterday I went to the store and bought some Tylenol PM because I have heard so many people say it helps them sleep. So I popped 2 after I put the twins to bed and AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH I was able t; go to sleep an hour after taking it. I slept so freaking good! Thank you to the makers of Tylenol PM...

Something Different

Last night Omar and I had a friend and her 2 kids over for dinner, I had in my head what I was going to make and then I find out that she does not eat red meat. So I was lost because I practically cook everything with red meat. So I went to the store and bought Turkey ground meat. I made tacos with it. It actually wasn't that bad. It was really light. I enjoyed it. Omar wasn't really liking it, but it was the only thing he was getting for dinner so he ate it.

Sleep Where Have You Gone?

Will I ever be able to go to sleep at a normal time every again? Will I ever just be able to just lay down and then 20 to 30 minutes later fall asleep? I have tried EVERYTHING that I can think of. I took something last night that I was sure going to knock me out but NOOOOO it didn't, I was up until 5 this morning. I layed there for about 3 hours trying every sleeping position possible but nooo nothing did it. I am tired of being tired and bot being able to sleep. Then I have to get up with the kids running on only a few hours of sleep. I found out sleeping on the couch helps I can fall asleep on the couch no problem but I would rather be in my bed and my husband would rather me be in my bed.. I want to be able to have a nice relaxing good night sleep in my own bed.... Sleep come back to me......

These are questions I have to go through EVERY DAY. Mara is asking so many questions sometime I want to run from her and hide but then she will proably ask Why did you run? Why are you hidding? Sometime I want to go crazy, but I know that is the only way she will learn thing. When Omar gets home from work I tell her now it is Daddys' turn to answer questions.....

A day at the park

Today the twins and I decide to treck out of the house today because it was such a nice day out. We decided to go to Dave Whit Park. I use to play at that park all the time. It was nice to be out and enjoy the wind and we had the play area all to ourselves. The twins had a great time that they didn't want to leave. I told them we can come back again. Then we stopped and visited Memaw and Papa for a while. Was a good day.....

Pain

I have two of the worst pains ever.. The left side of my face down to my neck and my ear hurt so so bad. I also have really bad back pain where it even hurts to sit down or lay down. My back even burns really bad. I am not sure what all this pain is and I am not sure if I should go to the doctor. What now that I am turning 30 I am going to fall apart?

Baking

Today the twins and I made chocolate cupcakes yummy! I love baking it kind of helps me to relive stress... Mara and Liam have been helping me a lot withe baking lately and they love it, I love having them learn how to help out and to bake. They helped with everything... I love it, it is so sweet and now they are making sure they eat all of their dinner so they can have one. I think tomorrow we will make cookies...

How time flies

I have been looking at my twins the past two days I can't belive how fast they have grown. They are going to be 5 this year and starting school, That day is going to be so so hard for me. Mara has turned into a mini teenager her mouth is getting bad and has an attitude you would not belive. She makes Omar and I laugh almost everyday at the thing she says and does. She is amazing. Liam is pretty laid back and keeps to him self. you have to force him to kiss you and hug you. He loves being around his sister and his dad. He is a very quiet kid. It is funny because when they were babies mara use to be quiet and liam had all the attention. Liam is jsut wonderful as well. They are so amazing and sometimes I wish Omar and I would have more. I love watching them everyday and seeing what the day will bring.

Hello Again

Well I am back. I figured since it is a new year and I have a lot of things going on this year I better start again. This year I am going to be 30 this year yes 30. I can't believe it. Oh well I am not going to get sad over the fact, we all age and hey i really have nothing to complain about. I have two wonderful kids and a loving husband and a GREAT family. Also the twins are going to be 5 and start school this year my how the years go by. We have a lot of places to go this year and we are going to make it as fun as possible for the twins.
